Don’t let the last name fool you. I am everything but bland—and I help women become anything but bland, too.
I am Marquesha Roselin Bland, a California-born mother of five, author, fashion designer, choreographer and Identity & Execution Strategist. My work was not born from a perfect roadmap. It unfolded through lived experience, inward revelation and the decision to keep moving even when I could not see the entire picture.
About five years ago, I felt called back to school while carrying the responsibilities of motherhood. The journey stretched me, and I came close to giving up—but I completed my degree. As I continued, I began receiving increasingly clear inspiration around fashion, identity and helping women. What first appeared as separate gifts slowly revealed one connected purpose.
When guidance arrived only in bits and pieces, I learned how to research, build and protect my work for myself. Challenges surrounding the ownership of my writing moved me to publish my own books. Protecting my creative ideas strengthened the foundation of my business. What I learned through necessity later expanded into consulting—helping women beginning entrepreneurship move with greater clarity, vision and confidence.
Today, RBDE carries published books and creative works, silk scarves, fashion, beauty products, organic skincare, podcasting, movement, publishing, Private Atelier experiences and two signature frameworks. Every expression comes from the same center: helping women remember who they are and bring what is within them into visible form.
